Global EAC Ban – Need Help Appealing (Reference ID: 185686259)

Hello RAGE MP Team,

I was permanently banned by Easy Anti-Cheat approximately 2 years ago due to using cheat software on one RAGE MP server. The ban message shows:

“Global ban expiry date: permanent. Reference ID: 185686259”

I fully understand my mistake and I haven’t used any kind of cheat or unauthorized software since then. I would now like to return and play legitimately.

I’ve tried reaching out to Easy Anti-Cheat via their general appeal form, but I’m unsure if I submitted it correctly, since RAGE MP isn’t listed in the game options.

Can you please confirm if there is an official appeal method for this type of global EAC ban related to RAGE Multiplayer, or offer any advice on how to proceed?
