EAC BAN

Hallo few dayes ago I was banned for chatting but the truth is I don't do anything illegal so this is very hurts me. I need your help on how to fix this and give me a reference ID so I can contact the EAC as well. 

Its a Globan ban expiry date permanent 233727986

i thought that numbers was reference id but it is not.  So i need reference id and you support service advise how to fix that issue.
