GTA V version not supported by RAGE MP

Hello,
When launching RAGE Multiplayer, I get the following error:
"Your version of Grand Theft Auto V is not supported by RAGE Multiplayer. Please update your game to version 1.71 (1.0.3586.0, 08 July 2025)."

My current GTA V version is 1.0.3521.0.
I am using the Legacy version of GTA V on Steam.
The game is installed at:
G:\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V

I have already tried:

• Restarting Steam

• Verifying game files in Steam

• Reinstalling GTA V

The game remains on the Legacy version and does not update to the required version for RAGE MP.
Could you please let me know if RAGE MP supports Legacy GTA V, and if not, how I can switch to the latest version?
