Global EAC Ban – Need Help Appealing (Reference ID: 185686259)

Hello RAGE MP Team!

About 7 months ago, Easy Anti-Cheat mistakenly permanently banned me from one of the RAGE MP servers. The ban message read:

Global Ban Duration: Permanent; 24.15.14.076.
Ban ID: d904b473-6741-4311-98ae-a954cdecc150.

I tried to contact Easy Anti-Cheat via their general appeal form, but I'm not sure if I sent it correctly, since RAGE MP is not listed in the game settings.

Is there anything you can do to get this ban removed?
remove it yourself or contact Easy Anti-Cheat to review my mistaken ban.

Hi, when you enter the game, you get a sign that your account is banned, that's where I found this information
As I understand it, not everyone has it Reference ID

Yes, that's what I said, not everyone has it, I don't know the reason why some don't have it.
When I was looking for information, I looked at screenshots of bans, for some reason most don't have them
