EasyAntiCheat EOS not started

Hello everyone, I really don’t know where else to look for an answer.
RAGE MP launches the standard GTA 5 multiplayer for me, not the RAGE MP servers.
I found the problem in the anti-cheat – EasyAntiCheat EOS does not start.

Here’s what I’ve already tried to fix this problem:

1. Full rebuild and cleanup of the registry, RAGE MP and GTA 5 LEGACY.

2. Logged in and out of RGL.

3. Completed the first mission in single-player.

4. Tried connecting via VPN.

5. Restarted my router.

6. Enabled BattleEye in RGL.

7. Verified integrity of GTA 5 in Steam.

8. Disabled Secure Boot in BIOS.

9. Updated BIOS, operating system, and GPU drivers to the latest versions.

As for the anti-cheat:
The EasyAntiCheat EOS service does not launch; when run manually it throws an error.
