Unable to launch the game, please try reinstalling the game

Hello! Every time I run the game through RAGE Multiplayer I keep receiving "Unable to launch the game, please try reinstalling the game.". After a while game running normally but if you click Ok button before it launches - u have to start the game again. What I tried:

• Uninstalled Network Graphics;
• Verified integrity of game files;
• Reinstalled the game (changed Legacy to Enhanced);
• Reinstalled the Rockstar Launcher;
• Reinstalled RAGE MP (changed drives from D to C and tried to install to default path as well);
• Checked a lot of forums but only fix I found to delete args.txt file but I don't have Script hook V installed (and the file as well obviously).

As I understand this error referred to Rockstar Launcher (according to task manager), tho reinstalling it do nothing. Please help!
