Can not launch server.

Guys, when i try to launch server from Rage MP it launches just GTA in the menu where i have to chose story mode, online or settings. I have tried everything like reinstalling RAGE MP, reinstalling Visual C++, trying to launch it from fully closed Epic Games and fully open but nothing worked. I have not tried to reinstall GTA. Its like a week that i installed Windows 11, i have not any problem back in Windows 10, can it be a problem?. anyone had problem like this and how did you solve it?
