RAGE does not download server files

Greetings to all. There was a problem with the RAGE client: When connecting to a specific server, I miss downloading server files and immediately writes "launching the game".The loading scale doesn't even appear. I deleted the server files and installed them again, but the problem remained the same. I tried many ways: Disabling antivirus, VPN (I'm from Russia), reinstalling the client, reinstalling RGL, reinstalling GTA 5, changing the file path. Nothing helps.
