rage mp not opening

whenever I reinstall rage mp, it works perfectly fine till I join a server. once I quit I can't reopen it. whenever I open updater.exe (as admin) after joining a server n quiting, simply nothing happens. if I reinstall it works fine until I join a server and leave, completing the cycle.

I have completed the cycle 5 times, meaning 5 full reinstalls. in each time I have disabled CEF (maybe its about that?) any help is appreciated
