Eac Perm Ban Appeal for old ban — Reference ID not found

My account was banned approximately 3 years ago in Rage MP. Unfortunately, I cannot locate the Reference ID in any notifications, emails, or EAC logs.

I kindly request a review of my case by account and clarification of the reason for the ban. I have not used any prohibited software and am ready to provide additional information or screenshots if necessary.
