Hello @ArdillaS  for Sure You Can Play Rage Without Any Risk to get Banned From Orginal Form of Game, But Remember, Don't install Any mod for Your GTA, if you Do it's on Your Risk.

playing the Game on Rage.mp, It's safe, also there is a lot of people playing GTA V in Rage.mp.
