Hello RAGE Support Team,

 

I am experiencing an issue connecting to the RAGE Multiplayer server. Despite multiple attempts and reinstallations of both GTA V and Windows, I am still unable to join the server. The error message I receive states something along the lines of "Connecting... Has Been Banned."

 

I have verified that I am not banned from the server, and I can connect to other servers without any issues. I have also created a support ticket previously, but I wanted to reach out again for further assistance.

 

Could you please help me investigate if there is any network-related issue, or if there might be an unintended ban affecting my connection?
