EAC BAN

Hello, I've played RAGE for over a thousand hours. Today, when I tried to log in to the server, I received a notification from EAC that I had been blocked. I haven't used any cheats or Reduxs. Is it possible to remove the blockage with your help? Alternatively, can you tell me where to find the Reference ID to file an appeal with EAC? I can easily log in and play other games that are protected by EAC. The issue is specifically with accessing the GTA servers.
