Battleye waiting for game error

Hi recently i got rtx 3070 frankenstain mobile and when i try to launch balkanschool on ragemp it goes through battleye and it says waiting for game and after a while it closes and nothing happens before that gpu i had rx 580 which worked perfectly and now it doesnt work can someone help. Oh and btw when i launch dayz with battleye it works perfectly and other battleye games just ragemp and gta i have problem with

RAGE doesn't use battleye anticheat, GTA online does.

then what is it using it clearly says battleye anticheat and i get waiting for game and then disappears. Idk about gta online but fivem works fine for me only ragemp
