Can't install any mods

I can't install any mods, from Dec. 4.
Since then, I can't install any third party mods, even released on that same day.
Even from smth, called Network Graphics.
Getting the same error on steam and epic launchers, it says RAGE doesn't support my game version, as it's 1.0.0.0.
Error is exactly the same in all launchers and with all kinds of mods.
