Problems with ragemp

I wanty to ask advice. Yesterday I decided to play on gta 5rp server on rage, I havent played since Augest. I donwloaded update. Than i opened the server. I had a unstopable finishing handshake, I had this problem before and i knew fix , but I noticed that thi error is not the same that I had. I pressed F1 and I had the menu of login on server , I logged in but there is a problem that I have the hanging screen on one place , the interface of the server work, I can open the menu , the report menu and etc,  i can open the settins of gta v but i cant move and i dont have my character , just a hanging camera on the same place with poorly loaded textures. I tried to reload rage mp, I reload the server but it didnt help, but when i go to rockstar edit and that logout i have normale game and when the server is load i have a freeze
