Freeze & Crash

Hello, I've started playing RAGE:MP about 2 weeks ago and i frequently get almost at 1-2 hour playtime or even 10-20 min playtime a 1-5 seconds freeze and after an instant crash without any sort of log/error, I want to know if I can do something about it, I want to mention that i have a good PC ( R5 9600X, RX 9060XT 16GB, 32GB 6000MHZ ) and I have the Windows Updates and the GPU Drivers updated at last versions, including the fact that I have my PC optimized by myself with safe tweaks, the overlays of the OBS/Discord and any other sort of application disabled in order to not interfere with the EAC, and I still can't fix it, mentioning that I had reshade and couldn't bear it with the crashes and even tried the newest version or older versions, still crashing, after uninstalling it, still crashing, after reinstalling RAGE:MP again, still having the same crashes, even after verifying the GTA 5 files from Rockstar, running with Admin, anything didn't work, even the Windows Reinstall cause I tried that aswell, anybody has a Fix, I'm playing on Legacy and I don't want to switch on Enhanced since it's consuming too much GPU and in populated zones my fps drops considerably..
