Extremely long loading times when connecting to a server

Hello,

When I want to connect to a server im first stuck on "validating server assets" for 2 - 3 minutes after that Easy Anti Cheat launches and also needs around 5 minutes then I stare on the rockstar games launcher which only shows for GTA "loading" this takes almost 10 minutes and then finally the "loading server assets" screen is there but I have to wait 5 - 10 minutes until im finally connected to the server.

Can someone help me
