Need help with performance

So i play RageMP on Enhanced version because on it my game works better . 

With my current build which is 

RX 5700 XT 8GB

Ryzen R5 3600 

24GB 3200MHz 

Game is installed on SSD 

I play on optimized settings which is mix of high and normal settings with FSR 3 on Quality and i'm getting about 90-120 fps on server which i play on . 

Server have full custom map so i know its heavy and i want more fps .

I am looking to get R5 5600X , would that incrase my FPS or should i buy stronger GPU instead ? 

I cant find answer for this question nowhere so please help me if someone know , thanks :D
