cannot switch to Legacy version of GTA, even with correct path to the game

first I've tried to play on Enhanced version, but I didn't like it, after that I wanted to switch it back to Legacy version by choosing the right path to the game, but Rage MP still trying to launch the Enhanced verison, even after deleting the game it still tries to download it from Steam. I've tried to reinstall the Windows and reinstalled Rage MP, it didn't work.
How can I launch Rage MP with Legacy version?
