GTA IV map on RageMP server — allowed or not?

Hi,

I’m planning to open a RageMP server and thinking about using a GTA IV map (ported into GTA V).

I want to understand if this is actually safe.

I know RageMP itself is kind of a gray area, but what about using assets from another Rockstar game? Does it increase the risk?

• Can a server get shut down for using a GTA IV map?

• Are there any real cases like that?

• Or do people run servers like this without problems?

Would appreciate any real experience or info.
