BLACK SCREEN WHEN RAGEMP ENTERS

Good day!
Most recently, I got the idea to return to RMRP after many months, but it wasn 't there , so I installed all the necessary files for the game: RAGEMP, the RMRP launcher . I go into RAGEMP itself in order to install the server files, and there's just a black screen that doesn't have an interface for using the launcher itself. ,

What I tried :
1 Turned off the antivirus software
2 Reinstalled RAGEMP
3 Reinstalled RMRP ( LAUNCHER )
4 Reinstalled GTA, both the LEGACY and the ENCHANCED versions
