endless finishing handshake

Hello the finishing handshake is loading endlessly, tried logging in with three different VPNs, and nothing helps. I also logged in from a mobile data plan, and the same problem occurs. When the finishing handshake is endless, there's an error in the event viewer. I removed restriction bypasses, antiviruses, and VPNs such as Warp, Happ, Amnesia, and so on. I entered many commands related to resetting the internet, namely: netsh winsock reset, netsh int ip reset, netsh int ipv4 reset, netsh int ipv6 reset, netsh int tcp reset, netsh advfirewall reset, ipconfig /flushdns, ipconfig /registerdns, ipconfig /release, ipconfig /renew, and many others. I did everything you said in previous requests, and nothing helps. I uninstalled GTA, Rage MP three times, and removed my antivirus. Please help with this problem without using a template, because I don't think any of the templates will help in my case. (i play gta 5 rp)
