Description of the situation: Hello RAGE MP Administration,
I received an automatic global ban from Easy Anti-Cheat (as shown in the attached file "1000120094.jpg").I am trying to appeal this ban on the official EAC website, but their system states "Please enter a valid Reference ID" and does not accept the 9-digit RAGE MP ban ID (176283104).I did not use any actual cheats or hacks. I only had a public graphic Redux mod installed, which I have now completely removed along with a clean reinstall of GTA V.Could you please review my case or provide me with the correct EAC Reference ID from the server logs so I can contact Epic Games / EAC support directly?
