Unresolved issue with GTA activation and server login

I recently decided to try out a Russian GTA 5 RP project. I downloaded everything, but when I launch the game and RageMP starts loading, a window pops up telling me I need to activate GTA and enter a Rockstar activation code. It’s been two days, and I’ve been trying to fix the issue the whole time without success. This problem only occurs when I use the RageMP launcher. I’ve reinstalled Windows, changed my DNS, used a VPN, disabled all background downloads, launched the various launchers in different orders, and tried to time the connection to the server and the online loading sequence—I’ve literally tried every known method. I even bought a new GTA account, but the problem persists even with the new account and a completely fresh Windows installation PROBLEM REMAINS
