Saturo Blackwood Posted July 26 Posted July 26 Hello, I am experiencing an issue where RAGE:MP always shows the Rockstar activation window saying: “Please activate Grand Theft Auto V for [Rockstar username].” Here are my details: GTA V Platform: Epic Games (Paid copy) GTA V Build: 3889 RAGE:MP Version: 1.1.0.0 Rockstar Games Launcher: Latest version Windows 10 Pro (Build 19045) I have already tried all of the following: Verified GTA V files in Epic Games. Reinstalled Rockstar Games Launcher and Social Club. Removed my old Steam GTA V installation. Removed Steam registry entries. Reinstalled RAGE:MP. Confirmed RAGE:MP is using the correct Epic Games GTA V folder. Logged into the correct Rockstar account linked to Epic Games. GTA V Story Mode and GTA Online both launch and work perfectly through Epic Games. Launching PlayGTAV.exe starts the game normally without any activation issue. The activation error only appears when RAGE:MP launches GTA V. The game starts in the background, then Rockstar displays the activation prompt and RAGE:MP closes. I have also confirmed that another player with an Epic Games copy of GTA V is experiencing the exact same issue after previously being able to play RAGE:MP without problems. Could you please help me determine whether this is a known compatibility issue with the current GTA V build or if there is another fix available? Thank you.
