Berlin_00 Posted August 3 Posted August 3 Hello RAGE Multiplayer team, I would like to submit an appeal regarding my EasyAntiCheat global ban, as I believe this may have been caused by a false detection. After not playing RAGE Multiplayer for a long time, I decided to return to check my character, my belongings, and continue enjoying the game. However, when I tried to launch RAGE Multiplayer again, I received a message stating that I had been permanently banned for cheating software. I want to make it completely clear that I have never used any external program, cheat, or third-party tool to gain an unfair advantage while playing RAGE Multiplayer. I have always respected the platform and the community, and I have never had the intention of affecting other players’ experience. I have invested a lot of time and money into my GTA/RAGE account because I genuinely enjoy the game and the community. It would make no sense for me to risk my account, my progress, and everything I have built by using something that could put my account in danger. I believe it is possible that EasyAntiCheat detected a program, file, or background process related to other games that was installed on my computer. However, those programs were never used with RAGE Multiplayer, and I never intended to use them to gain any advantage in RAGE. I am providing all the information I can because I want to resolve this situation correctly and cooperate fully with the investigation. I completely understand the importance of anti-cheat systems and why they are necessary. I am only requesting a manual review of my case and for the ban logs to be checked to determine exactly what caused this detection. If this was caused by a false detection, I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to have my case reconsidered. I am also willing to provide any additional information, remove any conflicting software if necessary, and follow any steps required to prevent this issue from happening again. Thank you very much for your time and for taking the time to review my appeal.
