Hello RAGE MP Support Team,

I am writing to appeal an automatic global ban issued by EasyAntiCheat on my account.

When attempting to launch the game, I received an error window stating: "You have been automatically banned by EasyAntiCheat for cheating software. Global ban expiry date: permanent; 111129587."

I want to assure you that I have never used any malicious software, cheats, or third-party modifications to gain an unfair advantage in the game. Before the ban occurred, I had standard background applications running on my PC, such as Logitech G HUB for my mouse and a screen translator utility. It seems that EasyAntiCheat falsely flagged one of these legitimate background processes.

Could you please review my case and verify the anti-cheat logs? I would highly appreciate your assistance in lifting this false positive ban so I can return to playing.
