Appeal against automatic global EAC ban - account: GrechaBeatz

Hello RAGE MP Support Team,

I am writing to appeal an automatic global ban issued by EasyAntiCheat on my account.

When attempting to launch the game, I received the following error window: "You have been automatically banned by EasyAntiCheat for cheating software. All EAC bans are automatically issued and revoked. If you believe you were banned by mistake, your ban will be lifted automatically later. Global ban expiry date: permanent; 211190161."

I would like to assure you that I have never used any malicious software, cheats, or third-party modifications to gain an unfair advantage. Before the ban occurred, I only had standard, legitimate background applications running on my PC. These included Logitech G HUB for my mouse and a screen translator utility. It appears that EasyAntiCheat falsely flagged one of these legitimate background processes as a violation.

Could you please review my case and verify the anti-cheat logs for this specific timeframe? I would highly appreciate your assistance in investigating this false positive so I can return to the game.
