Hello,

I am contacting you regarding a permanent RAGE:MP/EAC ban I received today, 15 August 2026 at 22:35.

The ban message states:

Admin Name: RAGEMP
Reason: Use of third-party software
Duration: Permanent / not appealable

I had not played GTA V or Grand RP for a long time. Today, I was finally unbanned from Grand RP and wanted to play again. Shortly afterwards, I received this RAGE:MP/EAC ban.

I also completely reset my PC yesterday, before I started playing again. Because of this, I am very confused about how I could have been detected for using third-party software.

I can still access other Grand RP servers, such as DE2 and DE3, but I cannot access DE1.

I would kindly ask you to check my ban and the EAC detection to determine whether this could have been a false detection. If possible, I would also appreciate any information regarding the specific detection, ban ID, or reference ID associated with my ban.

I am happy to provide screenshots, account information, or any other details you may need to investigate this case.
