EAC Global Ban

Hello, I was automatically banned by Easy Anti-Cheat while playing RAGE Multiplayer. My ban screen shows “Global ban expiry date: permanent; 264035399”. However, when I enter 264035399 on the official EAC appeal page, it says “Please enter a valid Reference ID.” Could you please tell me the correct Reference ID or the proper process to appeal this ban? I have attached a screenshot of the ban message. image
