No voices anymore

Hello I started on Uk server 1 a while back, everything was working great for a while, I made some purchases for a couple of things. Sadly now i have tried to reinstall everything, ive tried making sure that only one audio device is on my pc, but when im in the city i can lips moving even my own but i am unable to hear anyone in the city anymore. i have tried your reset mic button but its not working. how do i fix this issue?
