Server not appearing in master list - 94.183.151.205:22005

Hi! My server isn't showing up in the master list, although it announces successfully.

Server: 94.183.151.205:22005 — "GLOBAL DM | DEATHMATCH | NEW UPDATE | discord.gg/bFmhFwwega"
Build: official RAGE MP 1.1 Linux server (ragemp-server, 2021-04-04), announce: true, gamemode: deathmatch

What I checked:
- Log after every start: "MasterList: Announcing into master server..." -> "MasterList: Connected to master list." No errors.
- tcpdump on the host: heartbeats to ml2.rage.mp (79.127.227.134:27120) every 3 s, each one answered;
  the master requests server data about every 30 s and gets a reply.
- UDP 22005 and TCP 22006 are open, players connect via Direct Connect without problems.
- The server has been announcing for several days, but it never appears in https://cdn.rage.mp/master/
  (searched by IP and by name).

Is there an approval/verification step for new servers, or is this IP/server blocked? What do I need to do to get listed?

Update: tried 2 more IPs (188.130.154.193, 45.38.23.181), also with a clean official server build without any resources. Same result: "Connected to master list", but the server never shows up.

I captured the traffic with ml2.rage.mp on 188.130.154.193: about 35-40 seconds after connecting, the master stops replying. Reconnect attempts get a 25-byte reply that looks like a reject/ban. About 40 seconds later it accepts the server again, and it repeats. No packet loss on my side.

Looks like the server is being rejected on the master side. Could someone from the team check it?
