Question regarding RAGE's current status

Hello ragempdev,

Your May 25 announcement stated that RAGE's backend infrastructure would be permanently shut down by August 31, 2026.

However, as of October 10, RAGE still appears to be operational.

Could you please clarify the current situation?

1. Has the shutdown been postponed or cancelled?

2. Has RAGE reached a new agreement or obtained permission from Rockstar Games or Take-Two to continue operating?

3. If there is no new agreement, why are the platform's services still available after the announced deadline?

I understand that you may not be able to disclose confidential discussions. Even a brief official status update would help server owners decide what to do with their projects.
