Hello RAGE MP Support Team

I am writing to appeal an automatic global ban issued by EasyAntiCheat on my account, which I believe is a false positive. 

When launching the game, I receive the following window:
"You have been automatically banned by EasyAntiCheat for cheating software. Global ban expiry date: permanent; 297474511."

I tried to submit an official appeal through the easy.ac website using the provided number (297474511), but the form rejects it with the error: "Please enter a valid Reference ID." 

Could you please review my logs or provide a valid Reference ID / UUID so I can contact EAC support directly? I do not use any malicious software, cheats, or forbidden background utilities.

i think maybe of some apps that i downloaded to customize the system like a transparent taskbar and a volume mixer
