setModColor Server-side Function

Hello,

i would like use this command server side, I am looking for a command or a method similar to this command but server side

vehicle.setModColor1(5, 0, 0); 
vehicle.setModColor2(5, 0); 

it seems to be available only on the client side,

It not possible use a callback server-side as 

player.call("setModColor1");

because I would be the only one to be able to see the change,
