Can't load ragemp

I've downloaded everything step by step. I finish with the check mark to launch it. It downloads the updates, then it starts to load and the yellow bar gets about halfway then everything goes away. It all happens in like a second. I've got nothing else that would have anything to do with GTA other than the game of course. I turned off shadowplay for nividia. I'm at a loss.

I fixed it. I don't know if anyone will have the same issue, but I'll put what I had to do. I use McAfee. I had to go into the real time scanning tab and exclude the file chrome_elf.dll
