RAGE is cant find some files in libcef.dll

I recently updated my rage mp and when I try to open it i get this error saying " The procedures entry point GetCrashedReports_ExportThunk could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\RAGEMP\cef\libcef.dll"

I've tried re-installing it, replacing it with a friends file that works, re-installed GTA V and turned off my firewall. Nothing works.

Problem solved: disable Windows Defender completely and if needed, reinstall RageMP client.
