Client side file read / write

I would like to file read / write in client side, but I not found function.

mp.storage isn't right for me. 

There's something else?

I would like to read TXT. The file read / write no security issue for example MTA:SA.

Only read / write on server packages folder.

Maybe you can use now c# IO.system streamwriter and reader because in new update you can use c# for client side programming.
