Adding NPC traffic and pedestrians in complex server

this is just a request to add NPC traffic and pedestrians in complex server,races ,missions etc this will be a great thing if you do it .The real fun of playing gta v comes out when we play around the npcs and other in game things also not just  a crazy guy who just wants to kill you. If multiplayer heists are possible in complex server it would be just perfect i have been playing rage mp for a week it is good but will be great if we make it more alive i hope i will get a reply about this from a developer of complex server

xD, your suggestion cool, but without peds, haha

if complex will have peds, they will be static or in zombie mode
