sendto failed with code -1 for char 5 and length 1464. / This error is already tired of seeing on the command line.

When I open the command line, when the server starts up, these 4 lines pop up, I don’t even know where they came from. Maybe someone knows how to solve this?

Firewall? I'm pretty sure this is the windows sockets failing to send data to RAGEMP's networks/master server list.

I also had this problem a couple of days ago, did nothing in the code. 

firewall disconnected did not help

That message probably comes from that HTTP server. Also, you're using old 0.3.7 server files. You should update to version 1.1.
