Installation topic should be turned into it's own page

Just an idea that after someone clicks to download RAGE it should redirect to a page that contains the details on how to install it as per 

 instead of the instructions being tucked away into the forums -- in over a year it's only gotten 2 reactions which might be indicative of it's lack of exposure.

How many individuals actually need this guide is the more important question. The Installation Wizard itself literally provides the steps in the header.
