dynamic "stream-distance" per client

I was thinking about if it might be possible get a method to set the stream-distance per player on the server? The server has already to manage the streamed in players for every player connected seperately.

It should be not much effort to make it possible that the server could specify different stream-distances for different players. That would make it possible to allow players in lobbies with less cars/other players to see each other at very insane distances. Like it is possible to see each other in scopes when they are 2500m away. However shooting works until 2000m as it seems but that is a different story. It just would not be so good if it would be also active in lobbies with 1000 cars or more because now you can set it only global...
