Client cant communicate with server when client scripts were downloaded

I am facing the issue, that when I change some client resources and join my server, my client download all the files and connect me than to the server.
When I try to log-in (via CEF), the server won't catch the .callRemote event.

If I than restart RAGEMP-Client it will work again.

Is this a known issue? Kind of annoying if players firstly join the server.
