Starting server on VPS

HI, 

starting new server on VPS -  Iwant ask about conf.json : 

- it is good to enable NODE JS and CSHARP?  If yes,  what is required by server - which programs/dlls/drivers ?

Node JS I know.. but I dont know about CSHARP  (I have guy who can program in Csharp but ofc  he does not know what ragemp require to have this feature enabled)
