Problems with the client

Hello! I have a problem, with the client. I live in a small village in Hungary, and there is a local internet provider. The only problem with that, is we all have the sane IP adress, and the client doesn't let me open it, because there is error code 403, although this is my first time using RageMP. I used a free VPN, to start the updater, but it's not enough to play, so when I join a server, it just starts loading, then nothing happens. So can somebody help my with this? Thanks. :)
