RageMP causing computer fans to speed up and slow down randomly.

Hi guys. This is only on RageMP, nothing else. 

My build:

For some reason - when, and only when playing RageMP, my fans will speed up and then slow down shortly afterwards. It sounds like a god damn airplane taking off and is generally very annoying.

I've tried changing the threshholds but for some reason my motherboard does not allow me to change fan temperatures over 75C which is a little bit annoying. Speedfan does not support my motherboard and AI Suite 3 doesn't work either.

It's just probably that your computer gets hot while launching the game and the fans just starts to speed up to chill down the temperatures. RAGE itself doesn't control your fan speeds.
