Trigger dataHandler considering distance to entity

My sugesttion is to add a third argument, boolean, to entity.setVariable function, basicly if this boolean is set to true then the dataHandler event for this variable would only be triggered in the client-side if the entity is within stream-distance of the player. Maybe dataHandle event already work like this and I don't know.
