server failed to connect to the master server

Hello, 

 

I have an issue where my RageMP server has failed to connect to the master list. It's running on a SoYouStart windows gaming server, with all UDP ports open on the SoYouStart site, and the windows firewall is totally disabled. 

 

The error on the console is:

Error: couldn't connect to master server! Trying again...

I'm using Csharp if that makes any difference.
