I cant using ı ö ğ ş ç ü Characters

Hi, i am using c# lang.

i can't use the "ı, ö, ğ, ş, ç, ü" on my chat. I type Ş, chat message is = þ .
How can i use UTF8 or What should I do?

I didnt find Language / Alphabet list on the rage wiki.
